What a shame.

I have no friends,
I have no loved ones.

Not a single soul will care,
The day that I pass by.

They will not care
To know the reasons why,

Why I was denied
My only will to live.

No, not a single eye will cry,
No, there will be no whispers to subside

I just beg you to notice,
Once my departure is made

What you are doing is wrong,
And you are all to blame!
Here is a poem I wrote for a couple of reasons.

Is (are) the meaning(s) of this clear, and is the metaphor to death noticeable enough? Do I link graduating and dying together in a way that works? Should it be longer?

Comments appreciated!

This is so sad. D:

I think that yes, you alluded to death quite clearly. The comparison of graduation and death is really creative, and it works very well. The poem could be longer, but only if you feel like you have more to say.

All in all, great job! :+favlove:
